Here are a few important messages for parents and students:

á        We gave you the wrong link last week to sign up for THIS YEARŐS Finances 101 event for our Seniors.  Here is the correct link:  Here is the rest of the information:

o  Parents; we NEED you!  Our teachers are working together to once again offer our Seniors a seminar in financial literacy before they graduate from high school and head off to the real world.  Senior students will get an advanced look at what it is like to manage household finances on Friday, November 10th through our Finances 101 program.  In order to pull of this gigantic seminar, we need more than forty-five (yes, 45Éthis is a big undertaking) volunteers to help oversee stations (training is provided) from 7:15 -1:45.  In addition, we are asking for food donations.  Please sign up, and spread the word!  You can also contact Kylie Goebel at or call ext. 5226.  Consider this a small investment of your time that will help your childŐs (and your) pocketbook for the long run!

á        Help our Seniors raise class funds by attending one of these restaurant nights coming up.  All money goes towards their Prom and other senior activities.

á        Juniors are selling these t-shirts for the patriotic themed football game on October 20th against PerrysburgÉ

á        The Juniors are also hosting a scary movie night in the spirit of Halloween on Saturday, October 28th in the NV parking lot.  Students can bring chairs and blankets and set up camp to watch Night of the Living Dead, which will be projected onto the back brick wall of the school.  More details coming soon.

á        The Northview weight room is available for all Northview athletes after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:40 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.  This is an open lift for any athlete that wants some individual instruction.  This will not replace your team lifting times.  See you individual sport coach about their designated lifting times. This will run through the month of October and the 1st week of November.  The second full week of November through December 15th the weight room will be open on Monday through Thursday after school from 2:40 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.  Any questions, contact Coach Downing at

á        Get your Wildcat spirit wear!  The online store is open for business.  This link is for the month of October, and will be open from October 1st to the 15th.  Delivery will take place on October 31st.

Before the Varsity Boys Soccer game against Southview on Tuesday night, Project Unify will be hosting their 2nd annual soccer game.  Come out and witness our kids stressing our core values of respect for all and building a connected community.

Go Cats!
